Who am I:

I am a person who wanted to be a healer and wanted to have powers to heal the world in a magical sense of the word.

I wished I had power to fly and dance in air. I wish I had power to till stories all the time... As stories always amazes a human mind, numbs them of the pain in their lives , what if even if it is momentary and hence that journey took me to painting class in 12 standard and then into NID as a design manager and later into FTII as a direction student.

You see , I am also a film maker not just a design researcher. I was trained at the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune in film direction. I have made several documentary films, ad films and couple of animations, and taught the various aspects of film making and design at various design, films and media institute all over India. I have taught in NIFT , Welingkar, MICA , SCMS, ASMS...... And I still do...

Teaching for me is a getaway to learn more stories and understand the social dynamics of today and changing dynamics of tomorrow's life......

I have conducted several creative writing, design management , ethnographic workshops . I feel all are end to one for me... to continuously explore about the future by learning from the world around us .... and hence there after to be able to tell stories which are magnificent, amusing and heart wrenching..... I hope i can fulfill my dreams .....

Ralibha is an ethnographic research led innovation center that develops consumer insights and design content focused on future scenarios and latent needs of consumers. Since 2006,it has been conducting design research and creating Innovation solutions for companies, public and private associations and research institutes.

We love to explore cultures, insights using deep dive design processes and then use design thinking to put the

analysis together so as to understand future scenarios. After this we go a step further and innovate to answer questions focussing on future, culture, insights, behaviours and emotional thought patterns.

About me....

I am trained in design management and User Research from National Institute of Design, I bring in 16 years of professional experience to Ralibha Inc.And before all this I also did my MBA from MONIRBA - phew! a lot of education right......

In my career as design strategist and forecaster, I have done research and innovation assignments with Samsung, Volkswagen , Colgate and Palmolive, LG mobile phones, Pl constructions,P&G Singapore etc,

I am formally trained in the craft of filmmaking also from FTII, Pune and has worked with ravidespande productions in the area of ad films and corporate films.

And as a student, I had the privilege to work with Saeed Mirza and Vishal Bhardwaj.
